Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Advisor to join our dynamic team at Concentrix. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed effectively and professionally.

Key Role candidates would be performing

  • Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing/IT or equivalent discipline.
  • 3-4 years of sales marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience into hardware sales or server sales or software sales or partner sales.
  • Sound knowledge/passion in IT industry/products/solutions preferred.
  • Should have a  strong command over English and hindi (additional regional language is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
  • Experience using CRM/ERP platforms and opportunity/lead qualification process.
  • Collaborative workstyle, team player, and customer oriented.

Candidate Profile/Skillset Required

  • Deal closure and quotation follow up where applicable.
  • prospecting and hunting new prospects for the assigned SMB accounts
  • Drive the reach, frequency, yield for SMB segment
  • Build pipeline through a combination of cold calling, Email campaigns and market research
  • Primarily focus on endpoint Solutions and advanced Solution product mix (hardware)
  • Drive cross-selling into advanced solutions product mix
  • Develop adequate pipeline to ensure coverage and drive conversions
  • Customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals
  • Focus on building loyalty with existing partners
  • Support dormant reactivation campaign programs
  • Maintain 3X pipeline, funnel review, Weekly business review
