Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer engagement for some of the world's biggest brands over voice, messaging, chat & E-mail
  • Responsible for all customer-related inquiries and questions
  • Be a dynamic team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
Eligibility
  • 6 months contact center experience preferred, though not mandatory
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Minimum qualification 10+2. Graduate preferred
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills
  • Open to working in multiple shifts
  • Proactive with keen attention to detail
  • Understanding and empathetic towards customers
Key Responsibility
  • Interact with customers via inbound/outbound calls, chats and e-mails to resolve routine IT problems like
  • troubleshooting server operating system environment, server deployment/redeployment, networking
  • Troubleshooting basic laptop/desktop related queries
  • Troubleshooting issues involving internet connectivity, modems etc.
Eligibility
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Minimum qualification 10+2, graduate preffered
  • Working knowledge of server operating system environment, server deployment/redeployment
  • Preferably 6 months to 1 year of ICC experience (not Mandatory)
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and system problems
  • A dynamic team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Open to working in multiple shifts
  • Proactive with keen attention to detail
  • Understanding and empathetic towards customers
