I get into a quick huddle with my team where we share information and get each other pumped up. It is time to bond and embrace our team spirit. That is the magic to an ideal working environment.
Connecting with Customers
After my workspace is ready and I have logged into our customer support software, it's time to get into calls or chats. The best thing about working in customer service is the surprise it offers every day. You may be handling a billing question one minute and troubleshooting a technical issue the next. Every interaction presents a chance to leave a good impression on every customer.

Overwhelmed? It's a common feeling among my peers. That's why there are open communication channels and encouraging team leads. We know we're in it together, and bouncing off or getting advice makes the challenges easier to handle
